My Mission

My Mission is to get my weight under 100kg by mid-2015.

I will achieve my Mission by putting in the work to meet my Milestones…

  • Run the Perth City to Surf Half Marathon (31 Aug 2014)
  • Run Tough Mudder 2014 (13 Sep 2014)
  • Complete one leg of the Freycinet Challenge (11 Oct 2014)

To achieve these goals I will:

  • Commit to a physical training program with an emphasis on using high intensity, interval workouts to reduce body fat and an incremental program to increase running fitness
  • Commit to a healthy eating style based on home-cooked, minimally processed foods, plenty of fresh vegetables and lean protein, and occasional “cheat” meals
